of venture drilling operations on
the Stigler prospects in the development

venture consists of infield development
of 3 NEW PROVEN UNDEVELOPED wells
in the prospective 21 BCF of development
and 400,000 barrels of crude oil and
the perforation of a capped COMMERCIAL
TESTED natural gas well.
